Will I be able to change my email address or password? What if I forget them?

You have the ability to change your email address and/or password and be notified of a forgotten email address and/or password.

• Changing Password - After logging into the site, you can change your email address and/or password via the My Account hyperlink.
• Forgotten Password - If you forget your password, you can click the hyperlink Reset Password on the portal home page at which point you will be asked to enter your email address of record. Shortly thereafter, you will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
• Forgotten Email/Username - If you forget your email address of record, you can click the hyperlink Find Email on the portal home page at which point you will be asked to enter your first and last name, the last four digits of your social security number and your date of birth. After submitting this information via the Find button, the email address of record will be displayed.

All other questions should be directed to the fund manager.
